In the historic estate of Pillhof in Eppan on the South Tyrolean Wine Road, I have created a place for people with great attention to detail, where good wine, fine food, and a refined ambiance take center stage.
It's a place where people come together and escape from everyday life for a few hours.
The large and impressive glass wine rack with wines from around the world, as well as the walk-in wine cabinet, give the interior of the vinotheque a special flair. There, as well as in the cozy courtyard, we love to pamper our guests with a glass of wine from our extensive selection and dishes from our menu, which we always adapt to the seasons.
