Being able to make a difference and be creative has always been my goal.
The passion for good wine and fine food was instilled in me from birth as the daughter of a family of restaurateurs.
This environment has shaped, inspired, and led me to continue living and sharing this heritage in my own way since childhood. Some producers and winemakers from back then have also become friends. They still entrust me with their products and wines, with which my team and I work.
Every day, we strive to offer our guests the highest quality in the glass and on the plate.
I love my work, the wines, the food, and the people who collaborate with me and visit me.
